Please don't do this. I'm being sued by someone right now after I as in a accident with them. My insurance company offered 11,000 and their counteroffer was over 100k. ******* greedy people **** me off.

I know accidents happen. But I'm not gonna suffer with neck pain and a pos car because they tried to lowball me when she blatantly ran a red light. I'm not talking it just turned red. I had the green light for a good 2-3 blocks and I was only going about 30. WhT if my car was a kid on a bike or something. I already said I'm not a leech. But I will be compensated

Hopefully you will get enough out of the personal injury settlement to be able to afford a dependable car that you will not be embarrassed to be seen driving. I think you will like that.

Well thankfully. ( if you can say that ) amps and subs are out of the car due to the amps being repaired. I'm pretty glad nothing was back there.

Thanks everyone.. Took a few more pics Ill post up in a bit and got the police report today

A few good things for me I think

- She admitted on the report she ran the red light

- Witness claimed nobody was speeding and she ran the red

- She DOES have Insurance

- She got a citation, ( running a red light Im assuming ) and I got nothing

So we shall see :/

man i know how u feel that fvcking blowz i loved my truck got t-boned at a 4 way stop sign by some old man but at least you got out ok now u can put a rush order on that muscle car lol
