Car is apart having problems, need help ASAP!!!!

OK I have done sound systems in the past have installed plenty of them in all sorts of cars, well i cant figure out of the life of me whats wrong with mine.

So i got a new car a lexus is300 got a harness called te 70-8113. i wired up my ground, battery, ignition and ran the remote turn on for the aftermarket amp. The amp is grounded the battery cable is run the amp turns on so i know it cant be any issues with that.

When i go to ppaly music nothing comes out of my speaker. I plugged the rcas in tried every different way possible to get some results but not a freakin thing, not sound at all out of teh speakers, i traied 3 different rca cables figuring it may be a bad rca but that didnt work, i tried 2 different speakers that didnt work, i tried all sorts of things..

can anyone help me here my car is a apart i have work in 4 hours and i need to get this stuff back together.
