God i hope not, thats how great customer service goes away. STILL try to get ahold of OSI. Its either busy or no one answers. Like i said there is a card in the box but i dont want to touch anything, someone has been waiting on this care package a long time, the harley calender in there is for 06!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif . Again more as it develops.

 
i just called them today myself. they're paying for the return shipping and once they inspect it, i should have a full refund in a matter of 2-3 days. good customer service so far.

I'll tell you this. I've been there since 2002, and I don't recall if I've ever heard of something like this. We have had people pull product out of the middle of a pallet and then rewrap the pallet (sometimes you don't find out until to later) another time we got a box worth of RCA clocks instead of a pair of woofers in a woofer box).

I'm sure that our CC manager is all over this and sending you a replacement order.

Yeah i think so too they have been very helpful. Now the problem is trying to get this stuff to whoever it is that is waiting on it. That really sucks, i bet they arent even in the desert anymore.

Alrighty just got the email, these guys shipped out my replacement stuff today! Let the word go out Car Domain ****ing rocks. It is hands down some of the best customer service ive ever recieved. They kept in constant contact with me and because they ran out of the 0 gauge i ordered, they bumped me to a better, higher dollar wire at no cost. These guys have bent over backwards to hook me up, even after we established that they were in no way at fault. I will shop with these guys for everything i need that they carry. Thanks to all you guys.
