i ordered a headunit from them I got a cd changer instead they gave me a full refund plus 40 bucks for my troubles, there customer service is pretty good

Im airforce. Okay i still havent got a chance to contact Car Domain, but i really dont think its their fault, but i am interested to see how seroiusly they take their customer service. If they help me out they've got a custumer for life. Ive talked to OSI and i have an appointment to take to a detective from Army Special Investigations and Customs tomorrow (army handles military mail). When i pulled off the customs form it was very obvious that it had been on a diffrent box before that. Seems to me that some smileball decided that my shit would look better in their car than mine. What really pisses me off more than anything is that this was just some stuff i had ordered, but how much crap gets stolen from guys and gals down range? How many care packages intended for deployed troops arent making it there because of some theiving *****es? My girl is in Kuwait right now and if she doesnt get her birthday presents im going to be one irrate son of a *****. To steal from your military brethern serving far from home while you sit in behind a desk in a post office is unspeakably twisted. I hope these guys find the lowlife.

I know what your talking about my sister is in the military stationed in bahrain and im stationed on land in san franciso now but we have sent each other a some things, pictures, presents over the years and a few of our gifts havent made it to each other...we have done investagations on both sides and nothing was ever done.. I cant believe people in the military no matter what branch you are in would still from each other we are all brothers and sisters. Good luck I hope you find who ever stole your sh!t and i hope they get whats coming to them.

its not called slander. and he has said over and over he thinks it was the shippers. not cd. he simply posted that beceause he didnt know if anyone had similar experiences

I would be happy to replace your lost package. Do you have your order ID or email address (phone number, whatever) so I can get your order up and send it to you?

So needless to say the thread title needs to be changed from what it is to Cardomain = TMFW!!!!!! (mods could you hook it up?) Or something to that effect. Ive never had something like this happen (neither has car domain they were flabbergasted) and i certainly didnt expect to be taken care of as well as i am. Further evidence inside the box lends itself even more to this being mail theft and the response from CD proves that it certainly wasnt any fault of theirs and THEY ARE STILL HOOKING ME UP!!!! It seems that ive gotten someones care package. So it sucks someone somewhere is waiting for the care package thats being turned over to Special Investigations. Stealing hurts everyone people! But more over Cardomain will be getting ALOT more of my money and i would be happy to recomend them to anyone. I dont have a camera, but im trying to borrow one so you guys can see before i have to turn it over tomorrow to OSI.

Cardomain ftmfw. I've only ordered once from them, but they do have great service, shipped very fast.

I'm glad it worked out for u, hope they find out what happened to the real package. Nice to really see such a big company still has such great customer service.

Cool. First thing should have been to check the weight on the package...

Obviously your real package would have weighed much more than the fake package. The mail has stolen a package of mine that was well over 500 dollars before. I recieved a box with a hammer and a flat head screw-driver. No kidding.
