Car CD Player Not Working During Cold Weather

When it is too cold my CAR Audio will not work for atleast 30 mins. It throws a message "Disc Error". The same disk will work later. I tried the cleaner also. Can someone suggest me how to solve this issue?

Yeah it's just so cold that the lens is frozen or frosted. I get it every winter up here too.
