I know this might be kind of weird but I have had a couple question's riding my mind for some time now; bascially whether I should go to car audio school and persue this hobby/ fav. pastime as a full out career! I would probally attend moible dynamics since I've heard their the best in the buisness at teaching and getting a job right after. I wanted to ask you these question's because I think I read in a post you attended the same school.
So here it goes, and you don't have to answer all of them if you don't want.
-What exactly do you do in this industry?
-What's your likes and dislikes about your job and this industry?
-How are the benifit's in general when working in this industry?
-Is there a good amount of job security?
-Do you think this is a secure career for the future, like do you think it will slowly die out cause how much it cost for installtion and more how many people are starting to just do installs for themselves these days or will the insdustry just keep growing?
-Would it even be worthwhile doing installations, with cars getting more complicated and harder to even do a simple installation like a headunit w/o have thousands of peices to take apart, would it be a neverending headache?
-Is haveing a master MECP certifcate the cap of moible electronics, w/o owning your own buisness?
-What do full-time master installer's ruffly see pay-wise per year?
-Any other people you could suggest that you know on this forum that work in this industry that I could ask these same questions? I know there's a few shop owner's and those peep's would be great but I really want to talk to the people that work everyday 9-5's
I could prob. come up w/ a million more but these were some of the more important ?'s I had. Any suggestion's, tips or any kind of insight/info would be greatly appreciated. Serious post only Please
