i wasnt a HUGE fan of rap until i got into0 systems..then slowly m,y appreciation for it grew. i managed to find good rap and filter out the crap. with any genre u listen to there'll be crap to filter out, there's just alot more crap with rap to dig through in order to find the goods.

umm, roots, ghostface, common and nas are all pretty decently lyrically. The only real "ugh" artist on there are 50, jeezy and kanye west.
