Most computer modding/parts places, like Newegg, will stock them. I doubt Lowe's will sell 12VDC fans.

Any 12v fan will do the trick, I believe that computer fans are all 12volts.

To power them just use add a simple relay to your system, it will turn on and run the fans and as an added bonus can be connected to your amps as well.

CPU fans are pretty cheap.

They go for about $15 each

i dunno where you shop, but you can pick up standard 80mm 32cfm fans for under $5 each.
