Car alarm please help!!

i need a car alarm bad...3 cars have been broken into inthe last like 2 nights in my apartment complex...i want to get a alarm that wont cost me an arm and leg due to me being shorton cash and possibly someone said a 120db siren i mean something loud for my car...like rediculously loud to wereeveryone can hear it!,

please help everyone who can!

What kinda budget are we talking about? I got my Clifford Matrix for $450 installed which is pretty damn cheap to me.
