yes or no? explanation would be appreciated.

want to increase amp power but also dont want to strain my car's electrical and charging systems. don't need to tell me how the battery and alternator fit into the scheme of things. already got a grasp on that. don't know jack about capacitors though and what everyone is experiencing with them. thnx.

 
Capacitors store energy from the battery. The energy is used up almost as quickly as it is sotred. In essence it's a good idea, but an alternator/battery replacement should be the first upgrade in an electrical system.
