they are decent actually.. i have used one a few times at a local comp around here.. and a guy on here tested one compared to the TL and it was about 1-2 decibels higher than what he received on the TL, but used it for tuning and testing.. worth the money if you ask me.. might pick one up someday..

The system they put in their showcar is pretty weak, but that doesn't necessarily reflect poorly on the meters.

Yea, i mean they are definetly "generic" quality, and you get what you pay for. If you want to have a true meter, obviously spend the money and get a TL, but for something for the time being, fun around your town for miniture comps, and if you charge people to use it, at $150 to buy one, you'll make your money back sooner or later? lol .. i think its a nice tool for testing, thats why i might pick one up sooner or later like I said.
