Can't hear my rear speakers

whats up, just got my system installed....i have a pair of comps up front running 150X2.....and a pair of coaxes in the back running 50x2 for rear fill.....i have an expedition so i wanted passengers in the back to be able to hear the radio aswell at low volumes....

i know at higher volumes the comps will be way louder, but at low volumes, say like 7 on the HU, when you are in the backseats you can only hear the comps up front, not the speakers in the back at all........

my question, did the shop not put enough power on the speakers? could they have hooked them up to the HU and that is why its so quiet? or are there any other reasons to this? or am i expecting too much?

comps are on a 2 channel amp, and i have a 4 channel amp for my 8" sub 200 x 1 bridged and coaxes about 50 x 2

Huh? You have an 8" sub being pushed by a 4 channel amp, which is bridged into one channel? And you have a seperate amp (50x2) running your coaxials?

Are you guy's dense? He has an 8 running off of two channels bridged of a 4 channel amp, the other 2 channels are powering his rears... jebus..

Ah, that makes more sense. Who the **** does that though? Between the bad choice of amplifier/speaker setup and the poor grammar I couldn't figure out what he was running.

well since you asked......i had a factory 8" sub which i switched out, the sub that i replaced it with had an rms of 150-200w, so i found an amp in my price range that could do that. it happened to be a 4 channel amp, so i thought i might as well throw the coaxes on the other 2 channels.....

Not that many people... but certainly more people do much less, then if you compare how many have poured over $1000 into just their front speakers you'll find out that there are alot more people doing what he's doing than what you're doing.

I doubt it, then you wouldn't be able to hear them (playing vocals and such) at loud volumes either.
