Can't Get OEM Sub & Amp To Work

I finally convinced my wife to "fix" her '03 Navigator up.

I added a Clarion MAX675VD along with some Vizualogic 7" LCD's in the headrests.

I kept the factory speakers. They are being powered by the deck's internal amp.

Now, I am wanting to use the OEM amp and sub in the rear but I can't seem to find what harness I need to use. This is a 2003 Lincoln Navigator with the Premium Sound (OEM amp for the rear sub).

I have bought several wiring harnesses to no avail. I can't seem to get anything that would fit any other connector other than the large connector for the deck and door speakers.

Here is a link to the pic of what my factory harness looks like...

Now I believe the small 8 pin connector is the one for the rear amp. It has 4 wires in it.

I bought a BEST KIT BHA5800R wiring harness that has the small connector with the RCA's that would connect to my deck. But, it doesn't seem to fit. Although, the harness is suppose to work with my vehicle. ????

I removed my Clarion MAX675VD today when my wife got home to look at the factory harness. On the 8-pin connector there are 4 wires (Black, Red, Green, & Brown). Most, if not all, wires have stripes.

Does anyone know which is what for my rear amp/sub?

Well, the harnesses that I used that doesn't work are the one from Walmart (whatever brand), Scosche FD16 (that's the main power and speaker connector, kinda like what I am using now but not for OEM sub/amp) and the Best Kits BHA5800R (this has the main connector as well as the connector with the RCA's.

The Metra 70-5519 says that it's only for 2000-2001 Fords & Lincolns with Mach460 & TurboWires systems.

I have a 2003 Navigator with the Premium Sound system.

Here is a link to the Best Kits harness that I bought from eBay...

Okay, I finally had a chance to upload the pics to my PC.

Here are some of the harness on the Navigator.

Does anyone know what kit would fit so I can use my OEM sub/amp?

so... the wireharness you have for your lincoln... dose it work everything but the factory sub/amp???

^ yes.

Actually, I got it to work with the Best Kits harness. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

A member from a Lincoln discussion forum told me that he grinded part of the plastic off and it popped right in.

Well, I did that and after a few attempts, I got it right.

Now, the Navigator has got some BUMP. LOL.

It sounds really great.
