Can't decide on a new sub...Help

Amp is a Nine.1 and i had my options narrowed down to either a 13w7 or a 15" Mag...I'm going for sql obviously, i was really happy with the way my buddies 13w7 sounded on a nine.1 so i was leaning that way.

but then people suggested the 9115 or a 15" RL-s

I don't think I really want the RL-S but the 9115 seems sweet. What's the pricetag...

basically i wanna get loud and sound clean with one sub between 13.5" and 15" in a ported box in a jeep cherokee.

figure budget around 400 bucks (don't mind buying 10/10 used stuff)
