Can you tint your lights?

I saw pictures of some guys here with Lights tint on black, also saw the site where you send your head lights and after a few days they will return them to you Tint but I was wondering if you could make this by your self by applying tint paper inside the head light depending on the car .... on my corolla it look posible, any comments .... thanks

it would be better to paint the inside chrome black. i really would not recomend tinting the out side lens cover

you can tint lights.

they sell Testor's transparent paint at walmart or ebay, also NiteShades makes tint spray

many explorer owners have done it with successful results.

if you do it right, take ur time, and let it dry, etc, itll look professional.

I know some people who used to paint clear hopper for paintball guns which are made out of similar plastic. I think they used dye and the end result was a tinted but still clear shell. If I remember correctly the process was refered to as fogging
