Can you run off RCA and speaker outputs?

I am thinking about adding some 4" speakers to my system. Can I run the RCAs to the amp for the boosted speakers and run a pair of 4s off the speaker outputs on the deck? They only require 30 watts, the deck make 60 watts, so can I run off both at the same time?
