can you build a noise shield...

i pretty much have no choice but to run my rcas and speaker wire along my factory wire harness. is there some way to shield the new wires from any noise from the factory harness?

I'd try it without anything first, if you must shield it, you can get RF foil shield from electronics parts suppliers.
