Can the mods do something about this?

I try to move or remove any posts that are out of place, but I do not see harm done when someone asks for a suggestion and another member has a possible solution for sale

Could the mods do something about the fact that people cant ask for suggestions on what to get without people putting up replies with "I have ____ for sale". Irritates the piss out of me.

If someone does it mulitple times, I usually go back through and delete all of them I can find, as I consider it spam. If they only do it once, and I'm actually in a good mood for some godforsaken reason, I usually let it go.

But, I agree with you. We have a classifieds section, it's not dead......people use it, keep it there. If everybody started just replying to threads with "buy my ****", we'd just turn into one giant classifieds ad.

It's bad enough we have 10 different people asking the exact same questions on a daily basis......
