can someone tell me where i should put this wire?

hi. i heard when using the black grounding wire from the harness on the back of the deck, that its not a good idea to connect it to the car's wiring harness that is located in the dash behind the deck area.

i heard i should ground it strictly alone and directly. but where is a good location to ground this wire? i want to try and eliminate and whining if i can thanks

any bolt going into a piece of metal that ties into the vehicles chassis, if you can get one that is in the firewall that would be really good.
