Can someone tell me anything about these subs? 10" Fuel'd?

I got these super cheap and i was wondering if anyone could tell me anything at all about them.

i was hoping to use them in some way in my build, but i need to know specs and stuff on them first.

they are 10's, and SVC. thats ALL i know.
