Can someone send me virus software?

I'm certainly not computer savvy, but I was recently infected and followed steps 1 thru 4 here;

Plus Spybot Seach & Destroy, and it appears to have cleared up all of my issues.

Since then I've installed SpywareBlaster, Spywareguard, AVG & a COMODO firewall.

So far so good other than AVG's Safe Search feature was causing Firefox to encounter errors, so I had to disable it.

I've not updated to the latest Firefox yet.

Probably something I should get around too.......but after spending 3+ hours fighting the virus and installing half a dozen programs, I was just happy the computer was actually running again //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Try a-squared Free, works pretty good.

I have AVG, and SUPERAntiSpyware. Any time I have a problem, those are what I resort to. For regular maintenance, I use AVG, and SpyBot S&D, CCleaner, and adaware.

I use all those programs except I use Avast instead of AVG.

you can dl hitman pro 2...it has all the spyware and adware programs all in 1..stuff works amazingly..and for viruses i use mcaffee enterprise corporate edition..if they could only make thier lower end products wit the same type of stuff

I owe you like a million bucks in Monopoly money man lol, the SUPERAntiSpyware worked excellent and stopped all the pop up's and kept my computer from freezing up and I am able to access websites I couldnt before, it is still a tad bit slow but its got too much junk on it.
