I am going to build a box for my 12w7 per jl specs which are 1.75cu and 32hz.

1inch baffle and wall thickness of 3/4

dude, it gives you the dimensions. it's simple math. 3/4" material. you can do this

I need the exact cuts of every peice. I just dont have the time to figure this all out because you have to take in consideration measuremenst change when you start putting peices together. I just want to be able just to make my exact cuts and when you put everything together it will be on point

Its not all that hard to figure out. I could draw it up in autocad if you want, but really its not all that hard just takes a few minutes and you can figure it out. If your planning on building it you most certainly should be able to at least figure this out yourself.

Though I doubt he'll be able to find it at HD or Lowe's...

Just going by jl specs, so they dont sell 1' mdf? This is already turning into a night mare. The only difference I see here is that Jl specs ask for a 32hz and this ebay box says it is a 36.7hz? should this be a problem, which is better?

just drop to a 3/4" front baffle and add 1/4" to the second piece in the port, or do a double 3/4" front baffle and subtract 1/2" from the second piece in the port.

Looks like they just took 3/4" and slapped a 1/2" piece to make up their front baffle. Box certainly looks better than some of the prefab boxes out there.
