Heard about this loophole with Ebay,and Carfax.

If you list a car with Ebay Motors fill out all of the information best you can.Then "preview" the listing,and you can check out the Carfax information.

OH,and NOT ALL states are Carfax reporting states.Illinois does not have to report anything on Carfax. So,flood,fire,theft,hail or whatever may be on there just might not show up.
