So finally got everything in for my setup, it is all hooked up and functioning properly.

I have rode with the system for a few days, no problems as far as starting my truck after I stopped until today, it seems like my system drains the battery completely so that everytime I stop somewhere, I need to be jumped off to be able to start the vehicle to go somewhere else.

Haven't had this problem until today and I'm pretty sure I haven't done anything differently, so what could be the issue?

it could just be that it took that long for your battery to drain

get a deep cell battery and/or a bigger altenator...you should also put bigger wires from your actual battery to its ground

Make sure all of your equipment shuts off when the car is off. It could just be that you need a new battery, but it could be other things as well.

If you have an aftermarket alarm system, that can be the culprit. Check the grounds on your amp. Maybe they are coming loose. Bad grounds can affect the battery charging.

yeah uh...just because your equipment is installed right doesnt mean your stuff is powered properly...

upgrade all wiring, do the big 3, consider H/O alternator and possibly add a deep cycle battery or two.

Maybe a remote cable has constant 12v? It used to happen that my car would shut off whenever i tried starting it unless i gased it a lil bit. I fixed it by lowering the volume a min before i turned off my car so it can recharge the battery.

Big 3 is done. No remote cable with a constant 12v continuity. Didn't have this issue until now. Also when it begins to hit really hard, the CD player will also cut off and come back on.

Also, when I turn the truck off, it won't start, the dome light and hood light will be extremely dim, I will go to the battery, twist the terminal a little bit and the lights will brighten and the DMM will read 12v+, then when I will try to start it, the lights will dim back down, the truck won't start and the voltage reading will be back down to the 7-8 range.

go have your battery and alternator tested at Autozone or any car parts store .. just leave your truck running when you get there..... also it may be a bad connection from the + on you alternator maybe even corrosion somewhere in your big 3

x2

how do you twist the terminal by hand? It should be TIGHT. Make sure POS/NEG cables are tight as you lose current with bad connections.

Then get a DMM on the batt and also check alt output at idle...

Yea... simply sounds like bad connections at the battery.... Never should you be able to twist... Ensure that your terminals are tight.
