Can someone help me setup my email with my Treo?

Just got a Palm Treo 755p. Cant get my fisher customs email setup through it. I input the exact same info I had entered for my moto Q, and its not working. I am able to send messages, but not view my inbox and stuff. My incoming mail server (as well as outgoing) are set to mail.fishercustoms.com, just like on my Q. But for some reason, its saying it cant connect to mail.fishercustoms.com. Says to veryify my server name entry.

Any ideas?
