Can someone help me Identify this?

I got some items in a trade today. Two boston 3way 6x9's and what the man called a "kicker crossover" I'm not sure what this is because I can't find anything about it online. Is this actually a crossover? If not, what is it? Also, what is its value? I am going to use the two 6x9's in my truck, but I don't know if I should incorporate the other item in my system. All I have that's aftermarket in my truck now is one kicker 10" comp vr and a Pioneer amp. Thanks for your help!!!!

That is actually a small amplifier that was built for the Chrysler 300.

Thanks for the help vaiboy. I would have never been able to figure that one out on my own lol. Anywho, could this be used in a different vehicle? would it be wise? (I assume all it would be good for would be small speakers).

It's a mono amp that powered a 10" sub in the 300, but it's only rated 100W@1ohm. It could be wired in another car but it seems like that would be more trouble than it's worth. The last page of this pdf has a useful diagram if you want to attempt it.
