can someone help me figure out tuning and airspace to my enclosure?

My box is made out of all .75 wood

Box:

17 Deep x 35 wide x 14 tall

Port: 3.25 Wide x 12.50 tall x 34.47 long

I've got 3 45's I'm the box all were cut to 3" H x 12.5 W .. Also port bracing to the exact size and finally one last 45 in the port also cut to the same measurements.

Sub:

Adire audio Brahma mk2

You didn't mention whether the sub is a 12 or a 15 but the box is ~2.5ftⁿ net and tuned to ~32Hz.
