Can someone help me design a decal?

Ok guys I am trying to help my friend make some decals for his new audio shop he made. Well the shop is called " The Bass Place Audio".

I am trying to make this subwoofer look all white and make the sound waves coming out saying " The Bass Place Audio". If some one can help me with this i would greatly appreciate it. I have PS CS3 but i dont know how to work it so i am kinda just messing around and cant get the pic all white.
