they are the same...

we only get Pioneer here in Australia, but its the same gear you get labeled as "Premier"

Thats all I saw different, the warranty.

Yes, warranty is different, that's all. Premier is intended to be marketed through independent ma and pa stores, Pioneer everywhere else... the intention is to keep prices higher... if one store has a different model number they can sell it for more than Wally World because it is supposedly "different". The bottom line... it's all marketing games.
