yes and no.

2 RF HX2 dual 4ohm voice coils, but the amp says that its mono, do they have connectors for both subs?

Dual 4 can be wired into a 1ohm or 4ohm load. The BX1000D does 1000x1 @ 1ohm. So wire your subs like this and its all good...

with just about the right amount of power ( a bit more, I'm guessing Hifonics underrate their amp)

keep the gains down, if it's going into a ported box.

dual 4ohm can be wired to 2 or 8ohm load, but hes got 2...
