Can I sue for being arrested for something I did not do?

Did the court also refer to her as a lady when you were in court too?

plus the fact ive never heard of a newspaper posting a picture of someone "accused" of something of this nature. this whole thing just seems like it has too many loose ends.

Unless it's a civil case, which this would not be, she wouldn't be the plaintiff- the state would be.

Oh really? They don't provide you with the names of the state's witnesses there in TX? I knew Texas used to be a seperate nation but I thought that had changed at some point.
