its a downloader that downloads torrents.....

haha i had too. just another way to file share. files called torrents.

basically you get to download 1 file from many different people thus making your file transfer quicker.

alot of people have huge files on their computers as torrents and share them such as entire albums, movies things like that.

i didnt know because i saw something that said bittorrent downloader on limewire and was the only one that was actually the thing i wanted and didnt know if i shoulda dl'ed it or not

you can also go to bittorrent.com i believe and download it its free there too.

download the stand alone, got to isohunt.com search for what you want, click on it, then clock download torrent. when you get the option to save it or open it, just click open. Utorrent will pop up, show the contents of the torrent, whether it be a movie, or an album, and then you click OK, and it starts downloading. FYI S=seeds, or people with the whole file, and L=leeches, people downloading the file. You get to download from the seeds, and also from leeches that have more of the file than you do. uTorrent is by far the best torrent downloader I've seen yet, and it's very small.

For the mac I use transmission. Very quick except you cannot download parts of files like uTorrent for the PC. Torrentspy and Isohunt are my sites.

Pretty much what this man right here said sums up torrents and what I use(which is utorrent btw). I first tried bit tornado or whatever but didn't care for it really.

However, I would suggest you use http://www.diggtorrents.com/ instead. It is probably one of the best sites I've ever used. It searches every torrent website there is and gives you results. Try it out ^_^

bittornado is way better than u torrent for dl that is it dl faster.
