So you drive around blowing off weed in a jeep? haha makes sense. I hope this thread was meant as a joke. If not your more then a want to be drug dealer...lol
Anyway on with the story yea you should be able to get money out of it, and then much more, then move out of state. We shouldn't have to direct you though, so go insult your lawyer. I'm sure you got a lawyer, they bust wanna be drug dealers here all the time.
I know women who do that for revenge when custody is in jeopardy.Question, I thought cops couldnt arrest off of hearsay in situations like this? Because anyone could just say anything about anyone at anytime and just have them arrested for revenge?
Don't you have a right to meet/see your accusor? (there is a legal term for this)But the twist here is that the newspaper neglected to mention that the case had already been dismissed. As I understand it (without reading the article and perhaps asssuming too much) the newspaper's account would lead one to believe that there was a charge pending -- which the newspaper should have known was false.
But, I am seriously wondering why the OP's lawyer is not all over this. I am also wondering why he says he has no info on the identity of the woman and yet he went to trial. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
