Hey I am new to car audio so I don’t know a lot of stuff so I need your help guys and it’s always better to know from the experts.So currently I am having a Sony head unit x800ui rated 55W*4 and 8 speaks in my car total running on it, wired by a local shop but the car audio was better when my car had 4 speakers itself and I feel maybe the head unit can not run it 8 speakers on a single head unit plus a subwoofer JBL 1400 which is running on a mono amp by V12, bass is pretty good(s.woofer) but there is problem in audio clearity of the speakers.I want to know that if I add an amplifier Sony XMN1004 4 channel amp rated at 1000w will it be reasonable to run 8 speakers. I have the following speakers in my car starting from the front,all (Pioneer speakers).
1. Front door placement coaxial rated at 65W with two tweeters on dashboard itself.Coaxial 6.1/5
2. Rear door placement A1670f(pair) rated at 75W coaxial 6.1/5
3. rear parcel tray one pair of A940FH rated at100w.
4. rear parcel tray one pair of Ts R1350s rated at 35w.
I am also thinking that maybe I should remove the last Ts R1350s speakers as they are cheap and may be the cause of audio distortion and only run 4 speakers (2,3) on 4 channel amplifier and the front (1) on head unit. Well not sure if all what I am saying here is right the idea basically, please advise will removing the 35w Ts r1350s be a good idea and run only 6 speakers in total and how much of a boost will the addition of the amplifier make.
