Can i run 4-ohm & 2-ohm door speakers off the same amp? NOOB QUESTION ALERT!

Hey guys, i got a noob question, I want to buy some door speakers and the ones i want for the front door speakers are 2-ohm, but for the backseat door coaxial speakers are 4-ohm.

Would i be able to do this? or do they have to match, (EG: both have to be 2-ohm to work off 1 amp?)

The amp i have is a

Kicker zx850.4

• 4 ohms: 175 watts x 4 chan.
  
• 2 ohms: 215 watts x 4 chan.
  

The door speakers i want are (for front doors):

Focal 165kr2 ELITE

• 2-ohm impedance
  
• power range: 6-80 watts RMS (160 watts peak power)
  
• frequency response: 70-20,000 Hz
  
• sensitivity: 93 dB @ 2.83 V
  

backseat door speakers:

Focal 165KRC coax speakers

• 4-ohm impedance
  
• power range: 2-80 watts RMS (160 watts peak power)
  
• frequency response: 60-20,000 Hz
  
• sensitivity: 93 dB @ 2.83 V

yes it's fine as long as you dont run them on the same channel or overpower them

That will work fine with a 4 ch amp ...of course the 2 ohm speakers will be louder unless you balance the sound with the fader more to the rear....

nah, the front louder is fine. Focusing on the front stage yields better SQ, stage and imaging wise.

awesome thanks guys. I know I'm about to get flamed for this, but do you think these are real? they are being sold on ebay BUT, the seller sold many of these, all good feedback, and his listings dont get closed due to counterfeit, so it makes me believe they are real.

the seller is "techsoundsystem" focal even commented that he is not an authorized dealer, but they didnt say they were fakes. I would think someone on the internet would call him out already if they were fakes.

yes, yes, i know it hurts the industry, please dont patronize me about buying from an authorized dealer, i just want to know if they look real or fake to you, and if fake, how can you tell?

nah, the front louder is fine. Focusing on the front stage yields better SQ, stage and imaging wise.

True I'd never run rear speakers unless mid bass or subs ...I rarely run any rear speakers anymore except subs
