Lol I wouldnt get a job based on accomodations. If you get a job where you make enough money, accomodations dont matter.

Also the knu colossus wire is very good too.

Got the corner done on that side, just gotta finish screwing that in, and pretty much all the other sides and roof. Its killing my arm drilling through all this, even with a hammer drill.

Ill have to fill those gaps in with kitty hair, and in one part it doesnt come all the way out flush, by the knot all the way on the left side. But other than that, Im very happy with it.

We decided that I have enough layers. Its strong enough. The total height I have for the subs is 35". Each baskets od is about 18". Looks like Ill be cutting pieces of the outer sides of the basket to make them fit, or cutting out some wood for it. But I still have some more to do before I worry about that.

Thats the same height i have in my jeep, so you will have to do some notching for 18's. Dan why dont you just buy my jeep? Its already built

Got the interior done. Minus the back sliding wall, and I didnt get the wires ran to the battery yet. I want to get all the wood stuff done, and get the wires as Im ready to test.

The easiest part is pretty much done, now comes the hardest and longest part when I get back, testing and more testing. That starts around Dec 16th.

all 4. I don't think i'll be doing that many spl shows, its mostly gonna be a loud show system now rather than competition but I'm sure it'll still keep up with most. I hope to get it as loud as possible.

I already have a few designs in mind for the back wall build, and the various locations for the subs.

I want to make the back wall very heavy and very thick, and I think Im going to screw in some handles from home depot/lowes on the outside so its easier to slide.

A few thoughts are:

6" thick of mdf, possibly soak each face in resin to add weight to it

A little less thickness in mdf, or the same size, plus a full layer on either side of 2x4s the long solid way and then one sheet of mdf on the outside of that.

Either way it will be good I think.

2 18's in either a 4th order with a large ported area with 400sqaure inch port tuned to 80hz or 6th order with a total of port area of 900 square inches

the rear chamber(LF chamber) 200square inches tuned to 35hz front chamber(HP chamber) with 500 square inch port tuned to 80hz

Now thats crazy. What bandpass box will yeild the best spl numbers? kinda guessing 8th do to 1200 sq.in of port area
