How hard is it to install some LED's in a car? Like interior LED's..or really anything?

Do you just run the wires from the 12 volt box to wherever you want the LEDs at and bolt them down to wherever you want them or whatever?

I dont have any experience with this so tell me what I need to do? Maybe what kind of stuff I need to buy in order to do this...like installation stuff.

can you give me a nice, simpe, quick, easy, 1st grade level version of how you installed them and stuff? and what kind of accessories did you use to turn them on/off where you plugged them in at..etc..

Pos to switch, gound switch. ACC on switch to positve on LED, ground LED. Done.

so basically your taking all the red wires and soldering/heatshrinking them together and then grounding them or the black wires? do you solder/heatshrink all the black wires together also? and then your power source just plugs into the cig lighter? is there a better place I can do that at so I dont have some power source sticking out of my cig lighter..like something I can attach to the side of my middle dash on the side where my shift knob is and stuff?

and one day my cig ligher stopped working out of nowhere could it be just some small wire got disconnected..I dont know how to hook it back together. Any ideas on that also? I appreciate everyones help and thank you.

Any 12v source. If you want them to come on auto, tap into your dash lights (if you don't have auto headlights)

okay..does anyone know how to maybe get my cig lighter fixed? maybe a wire came lose or something?
