Calibra Amp

hi there

I have a calibra stealth 1200w 6 channel amp. I just want to know how do u connect 2 subs in parallel. I have got for the subs connectors on the amp a left and right +-. Also if u can tell me whether it is better to have the subs in mono mode or stereo??

I would apreciate it if someone could help me as i am rather new to these things.
