M mustang0969 10+ year member Junior Member 11 0 pittsburgh, PA Dec 24, 2002 #3 if i remeber correctly the amp is on the passenger side in the rear. remove the panel in the rear passenger area. it is not in plain view it is hidden behind the metal subframe. take the input and output wires out of the amp and use the bypass plug to connect them good luck
