buzz on my amped door speakers

ok i have an 4 channel amp running my front door speakers and im getting a buzzing noise at low volume, ive heard of this being because of a loose ground or a ground loop, i dont have a loose ground but im running a cap i dont know if that has anything to do with it and i also heard that running the rca along the power wire will do this too but my power wire is no where near my rcas what should i do to fix this annnoying problem???
