Business Card Design Critique needed

Some things I came up with;

* No white stroke around the red logo dots; I tried with stroke and it made a hotspot on the top of the card.

* Phrasing - maybe replace the comma with an ampersand, or make one side of the card strictly commercial signage, and do the back flashier for vehicle graphics and decals and things

I love the background pattern, but the text in the middle with the stroke makes it seem busy/cramped. Did you try without the stroke?
