wtf? what's the point of buyer protection if you can't get your money back....

I believe the buyer protection is mainly for ebay purchases, I may be wrong though. Also, that address that he provided is fake.

If you want, I can provide you with my claim number and other info so that paypal knows you're not the first guy he ripped off.
