Glad to see you made use of the Next stuff.

thanks steve. and yea, i had them pay me in advance. lol - im not gonna front that kind of money (hahah)

all ya gotta do man. is buy some of that plastic filler, superglue your tweeter cups onto the sails (rough them up with a scraper or somthing first), apply some plastic filler, sand the crap out of it, apply some skimcoat, sand the crap out of it, paint.

all done //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

took like 2 hours with dry time and dinner :p

oh yea.

sounds really nice for what it is too. im quite impressed.

lol you can get it cheaper than that!!! napa light and dynalight body fillers can take the place of both iceing and body/kitty hair especially if you use different grades of sand paper as you sand. dyna-lite is about 15 bucks a gallon at autozone

yea but does it actually STICK to plastic?

because last time i used regular bodyfiller on plastic it just fell right off.

and this stuff sanded off like a dream //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

it sticks to figerglass resin rather well if you want me too call it what it is in the realm of what it is inline with the products you use is right inbetween what bondo and iceing is except alot easier to sand than regular bondo. it survived being ran over by a bike and me standing on it and kicking it. i did that because a guy told me wood would have been better/stronger so i kicked the crap out of it right in front of him lol

so does it stick to plastics really really well or not?
put resin on the plasic then i dont believe you would have any issues at all. i know i didnt. when i do work on plastic i sand it semi rough put resin on it then start my routine if its flimsy plastic it might be fun but other than that i doubt you would have any issues. the body shop that was located where my shop was at used to use these on plastic guages on bumper covers as well as other items i do know that i sanded for them when i wasnt busy lol

Nice work. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsupwink.gif.129404938effda6ad9cca39e7f4b58a3.gif
