i was thinking a single eD 12K.44 powered by an alpine mrp-m350 (old vpower amps) in a 1.5cu ft box ported tuned to 25-30 hz. it would be a rectangular box. 8X13X25

8 high, 25 long and 13 deep. firing/facing upward

sound ok?

i figure she just wants some low end, this will sound good as well and it can get decently loud (to my ears, pretty **** loud to hers) if she wants

I would expect that to perform pretty well, and should provide a pretty substantial amount of output.

that would be perfect for a girl. Tuned low or sealed box would be better since most girls are crazy about insane SPL like us dudes.
