Building new system ? about components

I did a little research but didnt find a definite answer. Got a new daily driver (01 Integra 2dr)and im looking to start with a new brand of speakers. Im looking at this comp. set up front JBL Power P650C and these coaxial for the rear JBL Power P652. These will be pushed by this amplifier JBL GTO 75.4II. I would like a nice medium of loud,SQ,and midbass. I am a die hard Pioneer fan and I like the REV series but I am branching out just to try something new. Let me know what you guys would suggest if this isn't a good set up or if their is a better comp. set for about the same price or a little more.

Get some Polk Momo's and use that amp to biamp them. Forget rear fill... if you have a decent front stage, you don't want a rear stage messing up the overall soundstage and imaging.

Hehe That's what I was going to say, and the only comps that I can even think of that comes close to price/performance would be the Momo's. Then again, the caffeine hasn't kicked in yet this morning. I guess there's always the PG RSd65cs?

Well I dont like you guys already, I was waiting to get a response back before I ordered the JBL's and now ya'll are changing my mind. So what do you guys think about the rev comp. set and some rev 6.5's coax powered by the JBL amp?

like Deja Wiz said, you dont need a rear fill, get a nice component set up front, the Momos IMO are better than the REVs

if you have subs, a rear fill is a waste of time, you dont sit in the back of ur car while driving so ur not gona hear em anyways, the subs will be the fill

Well I went ahead and got the REV's. I knew I should have gone with my instinct. I'll let everyone know how the sound when I put them in.

You'll prolly be pleased, the REVs are good speakers, but not as good as the MOMOs, but all in all you should like em!
