Building a System for My Friend

I am building a system for my friend. He has an 06 F-250 Super Crew (4-Door). He does not want components, I am deciding between the avic-f900 and the kenwood 7120 for the source. I think I want to do Image Dynamic 5x7's in all of the doors and the MTX custom enclosure for the sub in back.

I need help deciding what amp/sub combo to go with. I think a 10" DVC will be best but I need one that will fit in the enclosure. Also a four channel to power the speakers. Any ideas?
