Titebond II is a great wood glue to use for enclosure construction. As for screws, if you must use them (no clamps available), I would do as little as possible. The idea of screws is to hold the pieces of wood together as it dries. Once it dries, the glue will be the strongest part of the joint, not the screws. I would basically do about 2 screw per panel (unless they're really long) and keep them about 6" away from the edge of the wood. Pre-drill the holes for the screws as well to help prevent splitting.
