I bought a 4000sq ft...historic building at the first of the year it was the show room and part of the shop of the old Chevrolet Dealership on main street in the town I live near...Its across the street from the courthouse...I mainly use it for storage...but its a nice building overallim planning on buying/buildin in a year.most prolly im gon buy a house though
I gather buggies ...sweep floors...stock shelves the usual fun jobs //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I usually get 30 hours a week in...for extra money I do lawn work and gather scrap metal to sell....Are you some head manager at walmart or something?
Nope, a pee-on.Are you some head manager at walmart or something?
I dont know what that would compare to here but land is way cheaper here I would assume. My buddy ended up inheriting 300acres so he got it for freethe land I bought was $17,000 an acre....
It is a lot easier to keep up than standard pools ...the people who sell them recomend going that routeWhy salt water?
thats was the good thing about the pioneer days you could stake claim to lots of land for basically nothing....my new house is gonna be right close to a Country Club...in fact the road beside me is Country Club loop though I'll be on the highway....that is another reason for higher cost...in the area I'm in it is usually 5-10K an acre so this is high ...almost as high as some lake lots....but they can goto 35k or more an acre....depending on locationI dont know what that would compare to here but land is way cheaper here I would assume.
