Building a buddies sub stage on a budget. Obsidian or new C2??

The title says it all. I will be running 1200-1600 watts to a pair of 12's. At first I was thinking obsidian 12's or sa 12's. But then I saw the new C2 12's for 99 each. I know the C2's are new but the specs seem promising. What do you guys think?

They look good enough to try out for.the price and its not like ur throwing a ton of power to them..go for it
