On the back of the port, you have 2 pieces used to direct the air to the two subs. What did you use to make the angled cut? I'm gonna need to do something similar to that and i didn't know how i should do it. here:

40 im guessing. im tempted to just slap a few walls inside a random sized large box, and set a random angle for the walls to see what happens.

I thought the same thing when I first saw it. (and have stated this in other similar forums)

looks like a 45 deg., so yeah you could set up a table saw to do that, or a skil saw!!
